The challenge
Membership, sales pipeline, and marketing ran across disconnected tools, with no single view of members, leads, or campaign performance.
What we built
A custom membership and pipeline operating system, built from scratch with no no code platform behind it. It brings the whole go to market motion into one system: a color coded kanban sales pipeline with drag and drop, a member and household directory, a campaigns module that tracks spend, sponsorship offset, and net cost per lead, and a dashboard with KPI tiles, a conversion funnel, and a trailing 90 day leads chart.
A public lead intake API and an embeddable widget capture leads from anywhere and route them straight into the pipeline. Underneath, a dual driver data layer runs SQLite locally and Neon Postgres in production behind a single schema, with authenticated staff access, deployed on Vercel.
Built and deployed as a working system. Figures shown in the demo are a seeded dataset, not live client data.
